We really enjoyed our short stay in Amsterdam.... even with the drama of breaking a phone =P
Like I mentioned in the previous post our options were very limited for a place to stay in Amsterdam since many of the hostels were booked or had surge pricing.... so we stayed in a hotel on the edge of the city. This wasn't a problem for us since the public transportation here is amazing!
We wandered around Amsterdam for three full days and really enjoyed it! On our first FULL day in Amsterdam Ryan took it upon himself to grab our phone in such a way that his wedding ring cracked the screen. At first this wasn't a big deal because the touch screen was still functional... but after about an hour the touch wasn't responding correctly which made the phone unusable. This was unfortunate since we NEEDED to have a phone for our Ireland and Iceland road trips AND it was our CAMERA. We ended up getting a replacement phone since we couldn't find anywhere that would replace a motorola screen in store. Oh well... stuff happens.

I have a confession.... I've decided I dislike blogging.... it's super time consuming and feels like work. Obviously I will finish what I started... but at least you will know why my posts are a lot less frequent.
Anyways... We flew from Amsterdam to Dublin, Ireland where we will roadtrip around for 2 weeks so stay tuned for some Ireland action!
